Hannah C. has extensive experience in the field of addiction recovery and probation services, currently serving as the Interventions Team Manager and Senior Practitioner at Phoenix Futures since May 2018. Previously, Hannah held the position of Probation Service Officer at The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Community Rehabilitation Company Ltd from October 2016 to May 2018, and has also volunteered in various capacities at Mind and Phoenix Futures.
