The Trustees Board at Phoenix Futures is responsible for providing strategic direction, governance, and oversight to ensure the organization's mission of helping individuals with drug and alcohol problems is effectively achieved. The board ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, oversees financial management, and supports the CEO and senior management in delivering impactful services across community, prison, and residential settings in England and Scotland.
