Craig Sadrack

Deputy Director Navy Programs at Phoenix Group of Virginia

Craig Sadrack has extensive experience in the nuclear propulsion and program management sectors, currently serving as Deputy Director of Navy Programs at Phoenix Group of Virginia since January 2018. Prior to this role, Craig was employed by the U.S. Department of Energy, where as Aircraft Carrier Program Manager, oversight of a staff of 14 nuclear officers was provided for the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program at Newport News Shipbuilding from January 2005 to January 2018. Craig's experience also includes a tenure as Lead Regulatory Compliance Manager for Aircraft Carrier and Submarine Projects at the Naval Reactors Representative's Office and Norfolk Naval Shipyard from September 1999 to January 2005. Earlier in Craig's career, a notable period was spent in the US Navy as Machinist's Mate Chief Petty Officer from August 1985 to September 1999, where supervision of up to 100 nuclear-trained operators was a key responsibility. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from The New School.
