Huiyao Tang Fia

Huiyao (Hugh) Tang FIA is a seasoned reinsurance actuary currently working at Phoenix Group since July 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Associate where responsibilities included actuarial valuations and project management in DB pensions. Prior to that, Huiyao served as a treasurer for the Cambridge University Malaysia and Singapore Association, managing financial planning for a large university society. Early career experiences include a summer internship in retirement at Towers Watson, teaching physics at Raffles Institution, and administrative roles in the Singapore Army. Huiyao holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge and completed high school at Raffles Institution.
