Louise Purves

Louise Purves has extensive work experience in process improvement and continuous improvement roles. Louise has worked in various companies, including Phoenix Group, Aberdeen Standard Investments, Tullis Russell, Lloyds Bank Group, RBS, Royal Bank of Scotland, and TUI Travel PLC. In these roles, they have been responsible for delivering improvement projects, managing training programs, coaching and mentoring colleagues, and tracking benefits realization. Louise has also played key roles in HR transformation programs and Lean deployments. Louise'sexperience demonstrates their expertise in Lean methodologies and their ability to deliver tangible benefits to organizations.

Louise Purves attended Robert Gordon University from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Studies.
