Ruchi Shah is a Group Legal Counsel specializing in M&A at Phoenix Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ruchi worked as an Associate in Corporate M&A at Herbert Smith Freehills. Ruchi has also gained legal experience through various internships and workshops, including a summer internship at the Houses of Parliament. Ruchi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of York.
