Russell Fox is a seasoned technology and IT operations professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including hospitality, legal data analytics, and IT consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Business Operations and Head of Alpha IT Business Office at Phoenix Group since September 2021, Russell formerly held the position of Head of IT Office at ReAssure from January 2013 to September 2021, focusing on strategic planning and performance transparency in IT operations.
