Sally Campbell

Sally Campbell is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Group Treasurer at Phoenix Group since October 2024 and as Consultant/CFO at Woodleigh Consulting Limited since February 2024, providing CFO and consulting services to start-ups and family offices. Previously, Sally held multiple senior finance roles at Hiscox from February 2005 to April 2023, including Interim Head of FP&A, where responsibilities included managing the Group FP&A function and navigating significant changes through IFRS17. Sally also served as Group Treasurer, developing a comprehensive treasury function, and as Group Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, leading M&A activities and restructuring projects. Earlier in the career, Sally worked as an Audit Manager at Deloitte, overseeing audits for a major US listed insurance broking group. Sally holds an ACA from ICAEW and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Durham University.
