Thomas Ross

Thomas Ross has over 25 years of experience in the U.S. Navy, where they served as a Chief Warrant Officer and held various roles, including Diving Officer, Submarine Bos'n, Surface Warfare Officer, Chief Gunner's Mate, and Master Training Specialist. From 1997 to 2001, they were the Officer in Charge of a mobile diving and salvage detachment at Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit TWO in Little Creek, VA.

Following their military career, Thomas worked as a Co-Owner of T2 (DBA - Kempsville Construction Services), a licensed General Contractor. Thomas submitted bids and proposals, managed residential construction projects from permits to final inspection, supervised crews, and maintained budgets.

Prior to that, they were the Diving Operations Manager at Oceaneering (Chesapeake, VA), where they supervised and managed commercial divers performing routine and emergent diving work.

Thomas worked as a Project Manager and later as a Commercial Operations Manager at Phoenix International Holdings, Inc. As a Commercial Operations Manager, they were responsible for customer service, managing cost data, and responding to quotes from shipyards and other commercial customers. As a Project Manager, they directed underwater ship repair projects, developed operational budgets, and researched technical repair procedures and programs.

Thomas Ross received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of New York in 1997. However, no further information is available regarding the start and end dates of their studies.
