Matt Gardner has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade in various roles primarily in social media and community management, influencer strategy, voiceover, and audiobook narration. Matt has worked for companies such as Phoenix Labs, PLAION, Nothing, 2K, Gameloft, OnePlus, Green Man Gaming, and HotUKDeals. Matt has experience in launching over 25 successful products like Borderlands 3 and Mafia Trilogy and has expertise in executing large-scale influencer activations. Matt also revived dormant social channels, developed creative content opportunities, and increased engagement by up to 300%. Matt has equally contributed to offline community events and helped attract over 1,000 influencer applications in the first year. Matt started their career as an editorial assistant in Casual Game Informer in 2009, and within four months, they were running the games blog at HUKD.

Matt Gardner received their Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Drama from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2008, and later obtained their Master of Arts degree in Theatre from the same university in 2009.
