Creslyn Singh

Creslyn Singh has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. They began their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Officer at AVI Limited and later worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Bentley Preparatory School. In 2014, they transitioned into teaching roles, starting as a Teacher at Midrand Primary and High School and later at Trinityhouse Schools. In 2019, Creslyn became a Special Education Teacher at Ravenswood School. They then gained experience in pastoral and safeguarding positions, working as a PRU DSL and Pastoral Lead at Cabot Learning Federation and as an Assistant Head of Safeguarding and Pastoral at Andalusia Academy Bristol. From 2022 to 2023, Creslyn held the position of Deputy SENDCo at Cathedral Schools Trust, before moving on to their current role as Deputy Head at Phoenix Learning & Care Group.

Creslyn Singh completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2008 to 2011. Creslyn then pursued a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are enrolled in Wrexham University and is expected to receive a Master of Education - MEd in 2022, specializing in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications in "Safer Recruitment in Education" from Tes in May 2022.
