Florian Ernst

Florian Ernst has over twenty years of experience in the financial industry. Florian is currently a Board Member at Phoenix Mecano, and was previously a Partner at AnP Partners AG from 2016 to 2020. At AnP, Ernst advised project initiators, investors and financial intermediaries on private markets transactions with a focus on infrastructure and real estate.

Prior to their role at AnP, Ernst worked at Deutsche Bank (Schweiz) AG from 2008 to 2015 as a Senior Relationship Manager for Wealth Management. In this role, they were responsible for managing relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals and institutional clients in Switzerland.

Ernst also spent two years as the Head Sales & Distribution for the Private Equity Group at UBS Wealth Management from 2006 to 2008. In this role, they were responsible for sales and distribution of private equity products across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Before their roles in wealth management, Ernst served as the Chief Financial Officer at Horizon21 AG from 2004 to 2006. In this role, they managed hedge funds and structured alternative investment products including private equity investments.

Ernst has also held positions as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Head Controlling & Internal Audit at RBA Finanz AG, and Co-Head Corporate Finance/General Secretary at JFE Hottinger Group. Florian has been a Board Member at Phoenix Mecano since 2020.
