Alastair Hall has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Alastair started their career at Boots, where they held various roles such as Assistant Supply Manager and Warehouse Supervisor. During their time at Boots, they also worked on important projects like the conversion of Distribution Centres to Cross Dock Centres.
Alastair then moved on to Lloyds Pharmacy, where they served as a Supply Chain Project Manager. Following that, they joined Celesio (UK) as a Business Project Manager, and later as a PMO Project and Programme Manager.
Alastair continued to expand their expertise at Celesio UK, where they worked as a Program Governance Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Programme Management Office at Phoenix Medical Supplies Limited. In this role, they are responsible for setting up and operating the PMO, delivering strategic initiatives, and providing Project Management coaching and training.
Alastair Hall earned a BA 1st Class (Hons) degree in Business Management and In-Company from Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Colchester Sixth Form College from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, Alastair obtained several certifications including PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation Level, PRINCE2 Foundation, and PRINCE2 Practitioner from reputable institutions such as AXELOS Global Best Practice and APM Group.
