Michelle Lutchmansingh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent transformation. Currently serving as Business Partner Talent Transformation at Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited since July 2022, Lutchmansingh has held significant HR leadership positions at Coosal's Group of Companies and the Petroleum Company of Trinidad & Tobago. Notable roles include Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resource Lead at Coosal's Group, and Senior Human Resource Analyst at the Petroleum Company, specializing in operations and maintenance training programs and competency management systems.
