Dr. Thorsten Witt

Dr. Thorsten Witt's work experience includes serving as Head of Legal (Competence Center & IT) at PHOENIX group - Integrated Healthcare Provider since May 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at McKesson Europe AG as Head of Legal and Head of the European Data Protection Office (EDPO) from September 2014 to April 2023.

Dr. Thorsten Witt completed the Erasmus Programme at Leiden University, where they studied EU Law and International Politics. Dr. Thorsten then pursued their legal education at the University of Tübingen, earning their First State Exam in Law. Afterward, they attended the Higher Regional Court Stuttgart, where they obtained their Second State Exam (Bar Exam) in Law.
