Krisztina Vogronics

Krisztina Vogronics has worked as the HR and Communications Director at PHOENIX Hungaria Holding Zrt. since February 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at PHOENIX Pharma Gyógyszerkereskedelmi Zrt. for 18 years as the Head of Human Resources and Corporate Communications.

Krisztina Vogronics has a diverse education history. Krisztina completed the Senior Management Programme at Vlerick Business School from 2020 to 2021, focusing on Personal Mastery and Business Mastery. In 2018, they attended Media Coaching for Sport Coaching but did not obtain a degree. That same year, they also attended CHN Coaching Határok Nélkül and became an Associate Certified Coach. From 2015 to 2017, Krisztina pursued Business Administration and Management at Mannheim Business School. Krisztina previously studied HR Business Partner at Corvinus University of Budapest from 2012 to 2014. Krisztina's educational journey began at the University of Pécs from 1998 to 2003, where they studied Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, they hold the certification of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation.
