Michal MacOurek

Michal Macourek has a diverse range of work experience in the e-commerce industry. Michal started as an E-commerce Manager at CEWE Color, a.s., responsible for the business development of Fotolab.cz and foto.cz from 2012 to 2015. Michal then moved on to become an E-commerce Director CZ/SK at BENU Česká republika s.r.o. from 2015 to 2022, where they were responsible for the P&L and business development of benu.cz, benulekaren.sk, and BENU pharmacies in cooperation with Rohlik. Most recently, in 2022, they joined PHOENIX group - Integrated Healthcare Provider as the Director of e-commerce & retail IT. Additionally, Michal Macourek also has experience as a Co Owner at M&P Invention, where they established a start-up called Luxusni-elektro.cz and successfully led it to become a market leader in the Czech and Slovak market from 2007 to 2013.

Michal Macourek attended Prague University of Economics and Business from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Inženýr (Ing.) in the field of Podniková ekonomika a management.
