Mike Sheehy

Mike Sheehy currently serves as Chapter Head at PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG, leading SAP Basis/Solman teams since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mike has been with PHOENIX group since December 2020 as Solution Lead, managing the migration of applications and services and overseeing the Local Critical Business Process team for multiple European markets. Mike's extensive experience includes significant positions at Diageo, where responsibilities spanned ITIL Process Owner for Service Level Management, PMO Lead for a major transformation program, and Information Technology Service Continuity Management Owner. Earlier roles include IS Manager at Gilbeys Wines and Project Manager at Diageo, among others. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Munster Technological University, obtained from 1989 to 1991.
