Samuel Moncure

Samuel Moncure, P.T. has extensive experience in operations and management roles within the rehabilitation and health services industry. Samuel served as Vice President of Operations at PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services, Inc. and previously held a similar role at Physiotherapy Associates. Prior to their work in the healthcare field, they were a Communications Specialist in the military with the 10th and 11th Special Forces Groups.

Samuel Moncure, P.T. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 1994.
