Rick Rosser

Rick Rosser has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Their most recent role was as the Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Lighting, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the VP/GM - Porex Liquid Handling at Filtration Group from July 2021 to January 2023. From May 2019 to March 2021, they were the Global VP of Operations and Supply Chain at Cree Lighting, where they oversaw all operations activities for a $450M global business. Before that, they held various leadership positions at Cree, Broan-NuTone LLC, and Rexnord.

Rick Rosser attended the Colorado School of Mines from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a mechanical specialty. In 1996 and 1997, they pursued further education at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management.
