Jim Hines

Jim Hines is an accomplished Director at Phoenix Resourcing Services Ltd, specializing in data centre and critical engineering recruitment since August 2004. With a strong technical background from the Royal Navy and direct experience with Honeywell Controls, Jim possesses extensive knowledge in technical recruitment, business development, and client account management across various engineering fields.
