Jason Minnick

Jason Minnick has a diverse work experience in various roles related to communications and marketing. Jason currently serves as the Director of Communications and Marketing at Phoenix Rising Football Club since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Media Relations Strategist at Penna Powers from November 2018 to March 2020. Jason also has extensive experience in the sports industry, serving as the Director of Media Services at FC Dallas from July 2010 to September 2018, and as an Intern at D.C. United in 2005. Jason's earlier roles include working as a Coordinator of Communications at United Soccer Leagues from March 2006 to July 2010, and as a Freelance Sports Journalist at Press Enterprise, Inc. from July 1999 to August 2002. In addition, they have coaching experience as the Head Soccer Coach at Southern Columbia School District from August 2002 to January 2006, and as a Summer Camp Counselor at Bloomsburg Area YMCA from August 2000 to August 2005. Jason also has experience in farm work as a Christmas Tree Farmer at Ponduce Farms from September 2003 to December 2005. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in writing, media relations, and marketing.

Jason Minnick obtained an Associate's degree in Journalism from Luzerne County Community College, where they attended from 2000 to 2002. Jason further pursued their education at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations.
