Kaitlyn Conley

Kaitlyn Conley is an accomplished dance choreographer and coach with extensive experience in designing and directing dance performances across various platforms, including high schools, colleges, and professional sports teams. Since June 2008, Kaitlyn has operated as a self-employed dance choreographer, creating pieces for diverse groups and managing all aspects from music selection to costume design. Notable positions include serving as a technical coach for multiple high school pom teams and the Arizona State University dance team, as well as choreographing for the NBA Phoenix Suns since December 2018. Kaitlyn’s previous roles include leading dance demonstrations for Break the Floor Productions and a summer internship at Bankside Law Ltd, where organizational and research skills were honed. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Law from Arizona State University, completed in 2015.
