Kim Corbitt

Kim Corbitt is currently the SVP of People & Culture at the Phoenix Suns. Prior to this, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Hillman Group from January 2017 to June 2021. Kim has also held positions at Girls with GRITcc, Withrow High School, and Mount Notre Dame High School. Kim Corbitt began their career at Procter & Gamble in June 2009 as an Sr. Human Resource Manager. In this role, they were responsible for HR Business support to the Vice President of Global Baby Care Research and Development Globally. Additionally, they led the overall functional HR Support globally for Baby Care, Fem Care and Family Care Research and Development. This included full support of a global Human Resources team and additionally full functional support for talent management, performance, manage, skill development and more.

Kim Corbitt has a MBA from Purdue University in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from the University of Maine in Biological/Biosystems Engineering. Kim is also certified from the ICF Certified Training Program in IPEC Coaching Certification.

They work with Dan Costello - Chief Revenue Officer & SVP, Business Innovation, Ralph Marchetta - General Manager, Sports & Entertainment Services & SVP, Ticket Operations, and James Jones - General Manager, Basketball Operations. Kim Corbitt reports to Jason Rowley, President & CEO.
