Roger Sancho

Roger Sancho is a highly experienced athletic trainer currently serving as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Phoenix Suns since September 2024. Previously, Sancho held the position of Head Athletic Trainer for the Nigeria Basketball Federation's Senior Men's Olympic Team and the Los Angeles Lakers. Sancho's career includes significant roles as Associate Head Athletic Trainer with the Golden State Warriors, Head Athletic Trainer for the Santa Cruz Warriors, and various athletic training internships at prestigious institutions such as Southern Methodist University and Baylor University. Sancho holds a Master of Science in Sports Management from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Texas at Arlington.
