Cameron Marsh is the Controller at Phoenix Tailings. Cameron has over eight years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on the long-term care industry. Cameron began their career as a finance intern at UBS, where they developed quality financial deliverables for presentation and updated the partners of performance. Cameron then transitioned to SMJ Enterprises, where they led all business acquisitions from due diligence through transition into their portfolio, enabling efficient and reliable handling of systems and data against significant operational challenges various requirements. Throughout their time at SMJ Enterprises, they were promoted to Director of Implementation & Transition, and was responsible for fostering continuous improvement throughout revenue collection, end-user system support, and system regulatory compliance. In this role, they also acquired 8 facilities with a total investment of $100M and divested 9 facilities with a total purchase price of $275M. Most recently, they were selected to co-lead the divestiture team for the sale of 7 facilities totaling $250M.

Cameron Marsh has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
