Eddie Chen is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in BIOS engineering and customer support within the technology sector. Since December 2017, Eddie has served as a Senior Customer Engineer at 鳳凰科技, focusing on Lenovo's NB products and collaborating with Wistron and LCFC. Prior to this role, Eddie was a Senior BIOS Engineer at 英業達 from December 2015 to December 2017, specializing in HP commercial mini desktops and modifying BIOS code for specific hardware designs. Eddie's career began at 廣達電腦, where roles included Senior BIOS Engineer and various EC engineering positions from July 2005 to July 2015, working on products for NEC and Sony VAIO. Eddie holds a degree in Engineering and System Science, with a focus on Nuclear Engineering, from National Tsing Hua University.
