Charles Duntze

As VP of Corporate Development for Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Duntze is responsible for leading growth and business development initiatives at Phoenix Tower International across all geographies.

Before joining Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Duntze was CFO of Hivory, SFR’s tower carve out in France. He lead the creation of that entity as a greenfield tower company with 10k sites fully autonomous from its Anchor MNO (who remained a shareholder). He leads the overall process of equity investment in the company by KKR and ultimately the disposal of Hivory to Cellnex end of 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Duntze was head of Corporate Development in SFR, B2B Sales operations manager for Altice Holding Company, and other positions in Finance, Consulting.

Charles has an Engineering Degree from ENST Telecom Paris in France.
