João Pedro Carvalho

João Pedro Carvalho has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. João Pedro currently holds the position of Head of Finance Brazil at Phoenix Tower International. Prior to this, they worked as a Controller & Head of FP&A at Rio+Saneamento and as an Associate Director at Piemonte Holding. João Pedro also gained experience as a Cost Controller at Altera Infrastructure and as an FP&A Manager at DaVita Kidney Care. Earlier in their career, João worked as an M&A Senior Consultant at KPMG and as a Project Finance professional at Orion Investments. João Pedro began their career as an Associate at PwC Brasil and subsequently worked as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. João has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and transaction due diligence.

João Pedro Carvalho completed a Bachelor of Business Management at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, they also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SUNY New Paltz. Additionally, in 2017, they completed an Extension Course in Financial Planning and Budgeting at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
