Paola Serna

Paola Serna is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial reporting and accounting. Currently serving as Financial Reporting Manager at Phoenix Tower International since April 2018, Paola manages analysis and variance explanations for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow items across Latin America and North America. Previously, at Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits Group, Paola held the position of Finance Accounting Manager, and from June 2005 to November 2016 at Universal Music Group, served as Financial Reporting Manager and Accounting Manager, where responsibilities included preparing forecasts, budgets, and month-end journal entries. Earlier experience includes working as an Accountant SSC at Unisys, managing fixed assets and reconciling balance sheets. Paola holds a Finance degree from Florida International University, completed between 1996 and 1999.
