Shannon Kinsman

Shannon Kinsman is an experienced fundraising professional with a strong background in donor relations and membership development. Currently serving as Sponsorship Manager at Phoenix Zoo since June 2024, Shannon previously worked as Major Gifts Officer at Fresh Start Women's Foundation, where focus was placed on developing fundraising strategies and nurturing major donor relationships. Shannon's tenure at Phoenix Zoo extends from November 2015 to June 2022 as Individual Giving Manager, contributing over $2 million in annual operational support while promoting the organization’s mission.
