Christina Dioguardi

Christina Dioguardi serves as the Associate Director of Communications Operations at Boston Symphony Orchestra since July 2021, previously holding the role of Associate Marketing Project Manager. Concurrently, Christina has been the General Manager, Resident Musicologist, Principal Bassoon, and Administrative Director at Phoenix since September 2014. From July 2016 to December 2022, Christina held dual roles as the Director of Teacher Development and an Instructor at The Bar Method. Also, Christina served as a Grant Writer for Amity Trio from December 2020 to June 2022, and was an Adjunct Faculty member in the Music History Department at New England Conservatory of Music from July 2020 to May 2021. Earlier in academia, Christina was a Teaching Fellow at Brandeis University and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at New England Conservatory of Music. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Musicology from Brandeis University, a Graduate Performance Diploma in Bassoon Performance from New England Conservatory of Music, a Master of Music in Bassoon Performance, and a Bachelor of Music in Bassoon Performance and the Musical Arts from Eastman School of Music.
