Stefan Jost is an experienced mechanical design professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Teamleader Mechanical Design at Phonak since 2017, Stefan has previously held positions as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Bernafon AG from 2004 to 2017, specializing in the development and project management of hearing aids and accessories, while also overseeing the training of apprentices. Earlier experience includes roles at Roche Diagnostics AG, focusing on the mechanical development of continuous glucose monitoring devices, and Ypsomed AG, where Stefan worked on the design of injection devices for major pharmaceutical companies. Stefan's early career included positions at UPS and Ascom Holding AG, where foundational skills in engineering and technical documentation were acquired.
