Mary Ann Grannis

Mary Ann Grannis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mary Ann began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Manager at Marble Slab Creamery. From 2006 to 2008, they worked in customer service at Starcrest Cleaners, and then moved on to become a waitress at Champps from 2008 to 2012.

In 2012, Mary Ann joined Hales Property Management, Inc. as a Property Manager, Real Estate Agent, and Sales and Marketing Specialist. Mary Ann held these roles until 2017. Mary Ann then transitioned to a new position as a Referral Agent at F.C. Tucker Company, Inc. from 2011 to 2022.

In 2017, Mary Ann also started working as a Referral Agent at @properties, a role they held until 2022. Additionally, they worked at Xfinity Communities from 2017 to the present. Mary Ann initially served as an Account Executive in Commercial Development Sales before being promoted to Senior Account Executive in 2019.

Throughout their career, Mary Ann has demonstrated their ability to excel in sales, customer service, real estate, and property management roles.

Mary Ann Grannis attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. During the same period, they also studied at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and obtained a second Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs and Management Business Foundations. In 2011, Mary Ann Grannis enrolled at F.C. Tucker School to pursue a degree in Real Estate, and their education at this institution is ongoing. Additionally, they have acquired a real estate license in the State of Illinois, qualifying their as a licensed REALTOR.
