Paola Cioffi has over 15 years of work experience in customer service and account management roles. Paola started their career at FAE Centro Universitário in 2005, where they worked as an Atendimento. Paola then joined Estação Business School in 2006, also as an Atendimento. In 2008, Paola joined Bronx Comunicação as an Atendimento and stayed with the company until 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at DMSBOX as a Coordenadora de Atendimento. In 2016, they joined Agência Cupola as Atendimento e Gestão de Pauta. In 2018, Paola first worked at Intermix Comunicação as Customer Success and later joined PhoneTrack as Coordenadora Customer Success Enterprise, where they are currently employed.

Paola Cioffi pursued their education in the field of Marketing by completing a Pós-Graduação (Post-Graduation) program at FAE Centro Universitário from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Comunicação Social (Social Communication) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná between 2004 and 2008. Additionally, Paola earned a certification in anuncios do Shopping (Shopping Ads) from Google in September 2022.
