Samantha Wardman

Samantha Wardman is currently the VP of Compliance and HR for Phonexa in the UK. Samantha has previous experience working in compliance for Ageas, T Dot UK, and Pingtech Bournemouth. Samantha also has experience in hotel management from their time as a Hotel Duty Manager at Legacy hotel Bournemouth. Prior to working in compliance, Samantha worked as an administrative assistant for Hydroplan UK.

Samantha Wardman has a NVQ in Business & administration from Kingston Maurward and a BTEC in Travel & Tourism from Bournemouth & Poole College.

Their manager is Lilit Davtyan, EVP & CFO. They are on a team with Max Millar - Compliance Executive, UK, Bella Hovanesian - Director of Accounting, and Shana Almazadeh - Director of HR.
