Tori Hester

Tori Hester is currently an Onboarding Specialist at Phonexa. Tori has a long history of working in customer service and management positions. Tori started their career as a Recovery Specialist at Textron Financial in 2006. Tori then became Estate Manager when they were self-employed from 2011 to 2012. After that, they worked as the Head Teller at Crescent Bank & Trust from 2003 to 2006. In 2016, they became a Compliance and Data Governance Analyst at The Strategic Group. Tori then left that position in 2021 to become an Onboarding Specialist at Phonexa.

Tori Hester has an MBA in Business from Kennesaw State University, as well as a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the University of North Georgia. Tori also has a certification from Data Science Dojo in the form of a Certificate of Completion for their Data Science and Data Engineering Bootcamp.

Tori Hester reports to Mohd Abbas, Director of Onboarding & Customer Success. Tori Hester works with Tigran Khamoian - Customer Success and Onboarding Manager, UK, Miguel Cuevas - Onboarding Specialist, and Eva Amar - Onboarding Specialist.
