Yulia Chekan

Yulia Chekan is currently a Technical Project Manager at Phonexa. Yulia has over 4 years of experience in project management and web programming.

Yulia started their career as a Project Manager/Web Programmer at IN/OUT in January 2017. Yulia was responsible for managing and developing websites for clients. In May 2019, they left IN/OUT to join Boardriders as a QA Analyst. Yulia was responsible for testing and quality assurance of Boardriders' software products.

In September 2020, Yulia joined Hovtech Inc as a Web Programmer/Project Manager. Yulia was responsible for managing web development projects and programming websites. Yulia left Hovtech Inc in September 2021 to join Phonexa as a Technical Project Manager.

Yulia Chekan has a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from California State University, Northridge with a minor in Italian Studies. Yulia also has an Associate of Science in Web Programming from Santa Monica College. Yulia also completed a Coding Bootcamp from LearningFuze and holds an AWS Certificate from West Los Angeles College. Yulia has an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management, General, from Glendale Community College and an Associate's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Los Angeles Valley College. Yulia also has an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts: Arts and Humanities from Santa Monica College. Yulia is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) as a Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist. Yulia is also certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
