Marta Donati

Marta Donati has a diverse work experience in product design and engineering. Marta started their career as an Industrial Designer at Micacera in 2015, followed by a role as a Product Designer at Ste Industries where they focused on research and development of a smart beehive. In 2017, Marta joined 3Bee srl as a Product and Graphic Designer. Marta then worked as a Product Designer at POLI.design, where they developed a new line of products for Tavola S.p.A. In 2018, Marta also became a Product Designer at Fluid-o-Tech and a Professor Assistant at Politecnico di Milano. In 2020, they joined Matica Fintec S.p.A. as a Design Engineer, responsible for researching and developing new products. Marta then worked as a Product Design Engineer at Creanova, focusing on creating innovative healthcare solutions. Currently, they are a Senior Product Designer at Phononic Vibes since March 2023. Overall, Marta has demonstrated expertise in product design, research and development, and innovation throughout their career.

Marta Donati pursued their education in the field of design and engineering. Marta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano, studying from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they also obtained a C1 English Certification from the TOEIC® Program.

Continuing their education, Marta completed a Master's degree in Design & Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, attending from 2016 to 2019. During their studies, they participated in an exchange program at Loughborough University in 2018, focusing on Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking.
