Amir Fasihani

Amir Fasihani is a highly experienced technical support professional with a strong background in fintech and payment processing systems. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Phos since April 2022, Amir specializes in Level 3 Technical Support for SoftPoS and POS solutions. Prior to this, Amir held the position of Technical Support Team Lead at emerchantpay, where responsibilities included overseeing credit card processing, alternative payment methods, and online billing. Amir's previous roles also feature significant leadership positions at Andromeda POS, including Customer Services Manager and Implementation and Training Team Leader, overseeing multiple teams and managing the full development life-cycle of client initiatives. Amir holds an MSc in Information Technology and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Technical University Sofia, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Shiraz University.
