Lise Borgen Carlson

Lise Borgen Carlson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lise Borgen currently holds the position of Head of Global Regulatory, Quality & Compliance at Photocure, where they have been since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Corporate Compliance and Quality at the same company from March 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Photocure, Lise worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson for many years, holding various leadership positions in Quality Assurance and Supply Chain Management. Their roles at Janssen included Head of Quality Assurance, Affiliate Supply Chain Manager, Nordi Pipeline Manager, and Regulatory Affairs Manager. Lise's career began at the Norwegian Medicines Agency, where they worked as a Scientific Officer from May 1997 to June 2002.

Lise Borgen Carlson obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Pharmacy from the University of Oslo (UiO) between the years 1990 and 1995.
