Devi Sampath

Devi Sampath is an AVP and Head of Human Resources at Photon. She is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, with the global leadership team. Her distinct strengths are her financial acumen, business modeling, and analytics-based decision-making.

Prior to joining Photon, she worked with AON (formerly Hewitt Associates), and was responsible for the overall roadmap of HR, people strategy, and talent management initiatives for the Benefits Operations SBU across India and also acted as site HR leader for Chennai operations. Devi's HR career spans Information Technology and ITES/BPO industries like Hewlett-Packard, HOV services where she has spearheaded many complex organizational design and cultural transformation projects.

Devi has over 16 years of experience in Human Resource and international consulting roles with a track record of working with senior leadership globally to improve business results through people and HR solutions. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development Psychology and a Bachelor's in Mathematics.
