Dinesh Bhutda

Dinesh Bhutda is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Photon since October 2010, Dinesh plays a pivotal role in supporting digital transformation for Global 500 companies. Prior to this, Dinesh held the position of Dy. G.M. Finance & Company Secretary at Shasun from March 2000 to October 2010, where responsibilities included MIS, treasury, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Dinesh's educational background includes CFA charterholder status from the CFA Institute, completion of a Chartered Secretary program from ICSA, a B.Com in Commerce from the University of Madras, and a Company Secretary qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
