Renil Kumar

Renil Kumar currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Photon, a company dedicated to aiding clients in digital transformation since June 2022. Prior to this role, Renil Kumar had an extensive tenure at Wipro from June 2004 to December 2021, where experience included positions such as Vice President HR COO/CTO/Organisational Development, and HR Head for the Health Business Unit, overseeing a global workforce of 18,000 employees and managing a team of over 50 HR professionals.
