Kristyna Diewokova

Kristyna Diewokova has significant experience in compliance, corporate governance, and corporate secretary roles. From 2011 to the present, they have worked at Photon Energy Group, where they serve as the Head of Compliance and Corporate Secretary. Their responsibilities include implementing and monitoring compliance processes, drafting corporate governance reports, and participating in employee training. Prior to that, they worked at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP as an Associate from 1998 to 2002, where they advised on various international corporate law matters.

Kristyna Diewokova holds a Master's degree in Law from Charles University, which they completed from 1992 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Law & Politics from the University of Wales, where they studied during the academic year of 1995 to 1996. Kristyna further pursued their education at New York University School of Law, attaining a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in 2005. Moreover, in 2006, they became a member of the New York Bar Association through the New York State Bar Association. Prior to that, in 2001, they became a member of the Czech Chamber of the Advocates through the Czech Bar Association.
