Łukasz K.

Łukasz K. has extensive work experience in research and development. Łukasz is currently the Head of R&D at Photon Energy Group, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Lerta, where they served as the Head of Research and Development from August 2022 onwards. Łukasz was also the Engineering Department Manager at Lerta from June 2020 to July 2022. Łukasz has also worked as a Research Assistant Lecturer at AGH University of Science and Technology from September 2012 to June 2020. Additionally, they have held various positions such as R&D Project Manager at JIVR, Project Manager at Locky, and Lead R&D at Neostrain. Łukasz also has experience as an Expert at Start In Podkarpackie and as an R&D Manager - Investment Consultant at BLDG Venture. Łukasz has contributed as an Advisory Board Member to the PRELUDE Project. Overall, Łukasz K. has a strong background in research and development in various industries.

Łukasz K. completed a PhD program at AGH University of Krakow from 2012 to 2017. Łukasz also obtained a postgraduate degree in Project Management from the same university in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science in Mechanical Engineering at AGH University of Krakow from 2004 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Łukasz also holds certifications such as Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) obtained from Scrum.org in November 2022 and a PRINCE 2 Foundation certification obtained from INPROGRESS Sp. z o.o. in June 2018.
