Maurice Van Der Meer is the ESD & Cleanroom Coordinator at PhotonFirst. Maurice has previously worked as an ESD Coordinator and Assembly Engineer at Technobis Group from January 2018 to December 2020. Maurice was responsible for implementing and designing the tailored ESD control program based on the threshold levels and maintaining an effective training and retraining program. Maurice also performed regular ESD audits on production lines to keep quality high, resulting in improved production yield and decreased RMA/service visits. From June 2016 to December 2020, they were also an Assembly Engineer at Technobis Group, responsible for product assembly and setting up efficient production lines with production engineer and product owners. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Assembler at LEMO Connectors Benelux from January 2009 to May 2016, where they were responsible for electrical and fibre optic assembly. Maurice also worked as an Industrieel elektricien at TES Installatietechniek from July 2008 to December 2008 and November 2006 to May 2007. In addition, they worked as a Monteur events at Mansveld Expotech from May 2007 to July 2008. Maurice started their career as an Elektricien at InstallatieWerk Noord-Holland B.V. from September 2001 to November 2006.

Maurice Van Der Meer has a background in elektrotechniek and montage elektrotechnische installaties. Maurice attended Nova College and Baandert College for their education. Maurice also has various certifications in management and time management from The Lean Six Sigma Company, Tijdwinst.com, and TWI company. Additionally, they have a certification in Advanced ESD from ESDsite and an International Cleanroom Certificate from VCCN - Vereniging Contamination Control Nederland. Lastly, they have NEN EN50110-NEN3140 Vakbekwaam Persoon and NEN1010 voor monteurs certifications from NEN, as well as a Swagelock certification from Swagelok Nederland.
