Ann Jasmine Taperla began their career in 2017 as a Photo Editor at PhotoUp. In 2018, they joined ExDigita Inc. as a Part-time Online Research Staff and also returned to PhotoUp as a Quality Shift Manager and Technical Support Staff. As Quality Shift Manager, they are a go-to manager for a specific team and is focused on quality, and is accountable for the output of the client Success Rates and revision success rates of their team. As Technical Support Staff, their duties include responding to client queries in an accurate and timely manner via email or live chat, following up with clients to ensure that their concerns are resolved, and assisting in creating systems for future customer service agents.
