Janedyl D. Tariao, RPm has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2017. In 2016, they were a Group Facilitator for Youth Leadership Services, a Guidance Counselor for the Department of Education in the Philippines, and an Entrepreneur. In 2017, they were a Human Resources Assistant for PhotoUp, and a Guidance Counselor for the University of Cebu. As a Human Resources Assistant, Janedyl was responsible for recruitment and selection, new employee onboarding and exiting, and information dissemination on learning and development, new hire, birthdays, work anniversaries and the like.

Janedyl D. Tariao, RPm has a Bachelor's degree in BS Psychology from the University of San Carlos, which they obtained in 2017. Janedyl D. also has a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of San Carlos, which they are currently pursuing. Additionally, they are a Registered Psychometrician certified by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission, which they obtained in November 2017.
