Scott Laganga

Executive Vice President, State Advocacy at PhRMA

Scott LaGanga has extensive work experience in advocacy and public affairs. Scott started their career in 2005 as the Executive Director of Property Rights Alliance, where they managed various activities, including policy analysis and Congressional outreach. Scott also created the first-ever global index of intellectual and physical property and initiated the De Soto Fellowship program.

In 2007, LaGanga joined PhRMA as the Senior Vice President of Advocacy and Public Affairs. Scott later served as the Senior Vice President of State Advocacy and State Policy, managing the organization's efforts at the state level. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President of State Advocacy at PhRMA.

Scott LaGanga completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business and Management from The George Washington University School of Business between 2007 and 2009.
